Invoice and Purchase Order Terms

Please note that an invoice must be paid in full within 30 days of receipt or March 1, whichever comes first, or the registration(s) will be canceled.
All fees must be paid in full before March 1, 2027. If full payment has not been received, registrations will be canceled.

  • All fees are payable in U.S. dollars.
  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, you must cancel on or before January 31. If you cancel between February 1 and February 28, your refund will be subject to a $350 fee per session (workshop and/or summit pass). No refunds will be provided after March 1. You can transfer your full registration to a colleague at any time.
